In October Peter’s class took another field trip to the corn maze. Gabby was still on her break so she got to go too. Chasing girls! Gabby the Goat Whisperer
Since Gabby is in year round school we had a 2 week break in October. It wasn’t quite as exciting as last year when we went to Florida but I can’t complain. We loved getting to sleep in and take it easy! We did spend one weekend in Tulsa and went to the zoo. The kids loved it! These goats were living it up at the petting zoo! They gave all the kids hand brushes and as you can see the goats loved it. We did a little photo shoot in the middle of the zoo. Rare sweet pictures of the two of them together! Believe me, it was forced. Cause you gotta do it, right? Gabby took the peacock pic and picture of us. She actually took A LOT of pictures that I didn’t include. I love seeing things through their eyes. This was at the end of the trip on the train. As you can see by Peter’s wild eyes he had been waiting all day for this ride.
Peter had his first field trip this year to the fire station. He was much more into it this year than last. I love seeing how his little personality is changing.
Love this sweet face! He was also in the mood for goofy faces.
This is from our 3 hours that we spent at the playground after the fire station. Unfortunately I’m not kidding about the 3 hours. NEVER offer to drive other kids on a field trip because you have to stay the whole time. Peter finally got bored too and started playing with my camera. He actually took these two pictures of his teacher from last year this year. He did a pretty good job!
Just your average story. Girl meets boy, girl and boy fall in love and get married. They have a simple, quiet life then girl and boy decide to start a family. It feels like thats where our story really gets interesting because its hard to remember life before kids. My husband, Michael, and I have been married since 2002 and live in NW Arkansas with our two amazing and slightly crazy kids, Gabby and Peter Michael. This blog is all about our daily, weekly, or monthly lives depending on how up to date I keep it. Im a stay at home mom so of course theres the average craft, etc along the way. Enjoy!
